Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. It is rather pale in color and likes to sleep while balancing on one leg.

And look! It has grown wings and is much brighter! It must be close to maturing.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

Hamlynmur draws many very young males to complete and utter infatuation because of her blossoming beauty. From the second she hatched, she showed latent radiant beauty for Flamingo dragon standards. However, Hamlynmur possesses slightly slow reflexes and skills in flying. She tries and tries, but she cannot seem to get herself off of the ground. Despite being so behind the average hatchling, Hamlynmur happens to be extremely headstrong and continuously tries to fit in with all the rest of the developing hatchlings.
