Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

"Cheesy" as it is often called, is erroneously under the impression that it is, in fact, cheese. Singing "Farmer in the Dell" quite often in a cute, high-pitched voice, it will state from time to time on finishing the song, that it is "the cheese", and prompts the others around it to sniff it to prove this "fact". Alas, none of the dragons around it even know what cheese smells like.
