Paper Dragons are not truly living creatures. They are pieces of parchment enchanted by magic, and as such, are very vulnerable to fire. However, they behave almost like dragons. The only place where their behavior differs is breeding: paper dragons cannot breed.

In the southern isles of a tropical sea there is a very 'hip' hotel, one where all the coolest, richest, most famous fools come to party and relax. As they roam around the lush gardens, stumbling and tripping from wine, they never notice the paper 'decoration' illuminated by the torchlight. This is none other than the clean up staff, who, after cleaning up after the idiots day after day, really really hates 'trendy' people. He gets his revenge, though, dusting the chairs of particularly sloppy patrons with itching powder and dumping water on intoxicated morons; the hotel staff is fully aware of this, but he does his job so well (and is really such a sweet creature to non-snobs) that they haven't the heart to fire him.
