Brute Dragons are among the larger dragon breeds. They prefer to live in solitude or small groups, nesting in high, mountainous regions. The only time they openly seek the company of others is during the mating season, when males will fight for the attention of females. The thunderous crash of Brute Dragons butting horns against each other in competition for mates can be heard nearly a mile away.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Tyrus is a brutally loyal dragon, and has been known to kill others of his kind to protect those in his charge. These traits were quite evident while he was still a hatchling, and the Castle Master soon had word of such unyielding devotion. Just as she had with Ezra and Braxe she did to Tyrus; caring for him as a mother would, yet slowly poisoning his mind with wicked ideologies. By the time he was fully grown he'd become a slave to her commands, now believing she knows better than any other. He is the lead Brute in his "pack", having assembled a group of three other Brute dragons inside the castle. The four usually dwell on he outskirts of the enormous courtyard, scanning carefully over the crowd of dragons for any sign of rebellion.
