Holiday dragons are a very mysterious breed. They are only seen during winter, and even then it is hard to catch a glimpse of one. They are responsible for the general cheer that spreads during the holidays. In essence, they are the “Spirits of Winter.”

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Gahadoth and Rhareviel were inseperable from the moment they first met. They made the strangest pair; the beautiful, gentle Ribbon Dancer and the wiry, cankerous Olive. But one never went anywhere without the other, even when their clanmates laughed at how odd the two appeared. But Rhareviel didn't care, and she wouldn't let it bother Gahadoth, either. She took care of him, protecting him and others around him from his horrible temper with such a beautiful diligence that as their bodies matured he began to hope for her to become his mate. And she did, for a time, but nothing in their relationship changed, even as they raised a son together. Rhareviel tried, for his sake and their son's, to love Gahadoth, but it just wasn't there. She found it months later in a brooding yet kindly young king from a distant kingdom, and now spends most of her days at his side. But no matter how deeply she loves her king, she will never stop feeling guilty for crushing the poor Olive's heart.
