Holiday dragons are a very mysterious breed. They are only seen during winter, and even then it is hard to catch a glimpse of one. They are responsible for the general cheer that spreads during the holidays. In essence, they are the “Spirits of Winter.”

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

No matter the time of year, be it the height of summer or the coldest part of winter, Dame's arrival to a territory is marked by a gift of silvery sleigh bells.

Hatched and grown in a grand cathedral, Dame's love for the sound of bells, brass or gold, silver, bronze, or iron, was matched only by the love she held for those who raised her and their town, determined to protect them, indeed, to protect any in need, from harm. While the people thought this meant she would defend them at any cost, a meeting with several Vampire dragons showed this was not so.

When the Vampires, known as the Legion, arrived, the townspeople were ready to drive them off, but stopped when Dame insisted on speaking with them. While that proved difficult, in the end, she was able to relay that the Vampires were not a threat, they were simply passing through.

Dame eventually grew close to a particular Vampire, one known as Klaus, and they now divide their time between his clan and her hometown.
