White Dragons are pacifists and specialize in extremely strong healing magic. The only limit of this magic is that it can’t bring back the dead. They only eat plants and never kill living things.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Vreedzaam means peaceful in Dutch, for that is exactly what he is. Zaam is the peacemaker in the group. Although he is an excellent healer, he wishes to avoid having to use his skills in the first place. Whenever the other dragons are fighting, him and the other kind dragons are always there to try and settle the dispute. Zaam is looked up to by many, for he is never selfish or unkind. All but the most headstrong dragons in the group heed his wise words.
