Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. Its skin is smooth and doesn’t seem to have any color to it.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

Metallique, or metallic, is a high-mantinence hatchie that demands only the highest quality treatment. Being placed on an island with metal dragons and prizes, the hatchling adapted to a life of luxury. It can't stand to get a speck of dirt on it, and is constantly grooming itself. The island is perfect for the rare, shimmering dragons—complete with a watery oasis with waterfalls beautifully pouring off the higher terrain and a reflective pond in the center of the isle. Everywhere you are has an ocean view—very fitting for Metallique. The hatchling, despite its spoiled personality, is not violent at all and is fairly easy to get along with if you can look past its stubborn demands.
