Swallowtail Dragons are graceful and quick flyers, much like their namesake bird. They are capable of precise aerial acrobatics, and can reach very high altitudes. Because of this, humans observing these dragons are often astonished at how large they are when confronted up close. A Swallowtail’s diet consists of insects and small mammals plentiful in temperate forests. These dragons are also made remarkable by their paper-thin wing membranes, which allow light to pass through, creating an astonishing effect on starry nights.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

The Orle-annia is a guild dedicated to upholding the ancient dragon tradition of hoard-keeping. The guild boasts a massive group treasure hoard containing all sorts of riches. Members are required to add to this pile once a month in exchange for the freedom to take whatever they want from it.

Kzikul is a gentle and honest soul, and the only Orle-annia member to date to earn his hoard instead of stealing it. To acquire gold for his hoard, he puts on fantastic aerial displays for human towns and villages to see. His arrival is signaled by a small, ornate chest being dropped down into an easy-to-reach location as a way to catch peoples' attention. Nobody is required to pay to watch Kzikul perform, but they often leave whatever they can to show their appreciation.

Kzikul fell in love with a Blusang Lindwurm named Callagre when she brought him the very chest he uses to collect his gold. Callagre used to work with a group of pirates and gave up her most valuable treasure to win him over.
