Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Boromir has trouble getting other dragons to take him seriously, as his day to day activities consist of him playing, lazing about, and dressing himself in vines and plants he finds beautiful. The female dragons are highly enamored by his strange behavior, but they tend to see him as nothing but a joker who's doing this for attention. In reality, Boromir has terribly low self-esteem, which he covers up with his jocular antics and "fashion" sense.
