Serrati Wyverns are a fierce breed of dragon typically found in volcanic areas or in desert scrubland. With their keen vision, these fearsome predators can pick out well-camouflauged prey from the slightest movement. They are named for the double rows of serrated teeth that line their beaks, which allow these wyverns to maintain an unbreakable grip on prey while they tear into their target with deadly hooked claws. Though these dragons are combative with nearly everything, they are surprisingly well-mannered when raising their offspring in communal nests. Males, however, tend to be chased off as soon as eggs are laid.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. Abel volcan has a rather solitary, and matter-of-fact attitude. His calm, brave, and detached demeanour has been called "cool, hip, and trendy" many times by his clan. Despite his increasingly growing reputation and prowess as a powerful dragon, Abel has shown no signs of arrogance, and is rather modest. His relaxed attitude is used to his advantage in battle, as it becomes easier for him to be focused and perceptive on the situation at hand. As a result, he can quickly adjust to any situation, allowing him to stay steps ahead of his opponents. Abel is well loved by his clan but they avoid him when it is breeding season or when he is hungry. As a Seragamma Wyvern, Abel has trouble interacting with males because of his naturally competitive nature. Abel is close friends with Luca Laure Lauren, Savanna Firelune, Jennifer flufss, Leigh brooks and Elizebeth dragol. They are also friends with each other. Abel is noted for his dangerous fire breathing attacks, great durability, and stamina.
