Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. It seems to sleep during the day and glow when it wakes up at night.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

Little Dove is one of the weakest dragons in her clan. When she was an egg, she hatched late and was born with a smaller back leg that made walking difficult for her. It was then decided that she should remain her current age forever, because many dragons feared she might not be strong enough to go through the process of maturing. Despite not being noticeable in size, she has a heart of gold and put others before herself. Because of this, she is the most well known of her clan.
