Siyat Dragons are extremely smart and have an excellent memory. They are very quick and will often dive through the air making chirps and calls for attention if they feel ignored. Siyat dragons are herbivores and need to eat a lot to make up for all the energy they use with their excitable nature. Groups of Siyat Dragons have a hierarchical structure based on the color of their markings. It is thought that the social status of a dragon is determined by its incubation period—in addition to having different coloration, dragons allowed more time to develop are considered wiser and of higher status.
Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.
User Description
Taitoku enjoys foraging for wild fruits, but dislikes when other dragons take food from trees or bushes that he considers "his". To keep thieves away from his personal stashes, Tai has taken to building small traps to disorient and deter any would-be food snatchers. There are some meadows that Tai has rigged with buried mana crystals that will project illusions when disturbed, as well as the occasional beehive or wasp nest for "his" fruit trees. Some of his family members think the behavior is excessive, but many of the younger dragons have made a game out of trying to bypass all the traps. Taitoku accepts the challenge good-naturedly, as he is always looking to improve his building skills and designs.
