Sunset Dragons are closely related to sunrise dragons. However, their behaviors differ greatly. Sunset Dragons generally live alone or in small packs. They are more active in the evening, hunting and performing all of their daily tasks as the sun sets.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. Hailing from Greece, Dismas was often seen by its residents as a sunset god due to his tendency to appear at that time. He was heavily worshipped until a dragon expert called him out for being nothing more than a common dragon. He fled the country and later met Isis, a dragon from Egypt who had also been given a god-like treatment and then exiled for impersonating a goddess. The two roamed an unknown country and later met with a guardian dragon and her black dragon companion. Cindra and Erebos lead them back to their home, where they were "adopted" by Haizia and Bharath.
