Black Dragons are warriors. They are strong and capable in battles of force, but also ample magic users, capable of devastating opponents with their spells. Their bright eyes give them excellent night vision, which is why they generally hunt during the night.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Having this dragon around as a hatchling proved to be useful, since he inevitably rid the place of all mice and rats. Unfortunately as he grew bigger he started to rid the neighborhood of dogs and cats. This necessitated his removal from a domestic situation. Now in his adulthood he is very happy living among his own kind in the warren of caverns that riddle the mountainside, close to the cave which he was stolen from. He has attitude, and though he never starts a fight with his fellow dragons, he certainly finishes them.  Darkness Falls Swiftly indeed, when his opponents are rendered unconscious in short order. Prey enjoys a more permanent form of swift darkness.
