Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. It glows with some form of arcane energy.

And look! It has grown wings! It must be close to maturing.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

This little Hatchling was named after the word "magician" in Turkish. She's a rambunctious little thing, and is always testing out new spells. However, she's not very adept at her spell casting yet, and they sometimes go awry. She once turned one of her caretakers into a bat when trying to make her fangs bigger! However, she works very hard, and has high aspirations for her magical abilities.
