Royal Blue dragons are a nocturnal breed who prefer to live high in the mountains near slow-moving water that reflects the night sky. Although quite capable of defending themselves, they are peaceful by nature and will avoid a fight whenever possible.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Until a few decades ago, Moonlit was a bright and friendly young dragoness. Now she is little more than a vegetable in draconic form. She has never done anything to deserve this but she had the bad fortune of a young Despisis falling in love with her. Unfortunately Aquila, the most capable among the Despisis in the area took offense at this possible mating.

She has left Moonlit alive as a warning to others never to cross her and the Royal Blue is just kept alive through the mercy of her clan mates.
