Paper Dragons are not truly living creatures. They are pieces of parchment enchanted by magic, and as such, are very vulnerable to fire. However, they behave almost like dragons. The only place where their behavior differs is breeding: paper dragons cannot breed.

Paper Burning in the Flames was created during the time of the great civil war of the cookiejar33 Clan. Its owner enchanted it in hopes of producing an undying warrior that could fight against the rebelling dragons. She tried to enchant others, as well, but all other attempts failed, and eventually, it was burned to ashes by the leader of the war, an ember dragon. Years later, its owner reanimated it for the purpose of making peace with the rebels.
