Dark green dragons, once they mature, appear to become an entirely different species. However, this isn’t true. Rather, they burrow underground and get nutrients from their vines. These vines are sometimes referred to as Dragon Grass. These dragons are very violent, and will use their vines to capture, kill, and eat anything that moves, as well as nearby plants. Luckily, their range is limited and they cannot use magic. Dark green dragons tend to be easy to spot since they usually kill all plants around them and thus are usually surrounded by a large clearing.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Emerald-Chaos, or 'EC' as he is more commonly known, is a very aggressive and solitary dragon. He prefers to be left alone and will lash out at anyone who nears. It is possible to approach him on a good day but the one seeking an audience with this vine dragon must call from a distance. If EC is in a good mood the vines will sway a little and part a bit to allow the visitor to see the dragon. This is a rare event, however, and normally a call is met with the vines thrashing as a warning to stay away. EC does have a fondness for emeralds and has a large one with him in his self-made nest of vines. It was this fascination with emerald gemstones and his chaotic temperament that earned him his name. Nine times out of ten you can survive EC's temper if you present an emerald for his collection. That one time out of ten, though, is where he's just having a really grumpy day and will devour you with or without the green stone.
