Silver Dragons are arguably one of the most beautiful types of dragons. They live in high altitude habitats such as mountains. Male Silvers hunt and eat meat. While not as beautiful or radiant as females, silver males possess better physical attributes, such as strength.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Silver was a reckless dragon that enjoyed darting across the sky during nightly hours. He was often mistaken for a shooting star due to this. He often ventured far from the cave, darting around and about, always enjoying the delight of freedom. One day, in his carefree flight, he was ensnared in the dangerous vines of a dragon. No matter how he squirmed, he was trapped. Sukari, his keeper, had worried since the first day he left, and took some other dragons in a search. Luckily, the search party arrived in time to save Silver. Guilt hung heavily in his heart from then on, though his external injuries were healed by the compassionate white dragons of the cave. Now, he still likes to streak about in the sky, but does so with a wary eye, and always with a companion.
