White Dragons are pacifists and specialize in extremely strong healing magic. The only limit of this magic is that it can’t bring back the dead. They only eat plants and never kill living things.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Palienia is pretty much the stereo type of her breed. Extremely passive and rarely ever willing to fight, she is always willing to help. She often helps with accidents caused by her friend, Getyro, whose tail is rather dangerous and ends up knocking others out. Palienia has had few children and is looking for that special guy who will steal her heart. While she may be a white dragon, she is attracted to the dangerous type. She seems to have an eye out for one dragon in particular but prefers to keep that to herself. She also tends to play mother hen for all the youths that Illienia adopts. She also has a good friend named Phalla, who seems to follow Palienia's wise ways.
