Failed attempts to experiment with magic often result in transforming dragons into these hellish creatures. They are extremely dangerous, and will mindlessly kill any living creature without regard to friend or foe.

Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Frankenstein's Return is a Zombie. Once a graceful dragon, she was murdered by a renegade knight, without motive. Her remains were found by a mad scentist, who, using science and magic together, reanimated her body, causing her to become a member of the living dead. Her time as a corpse has left her rotted and hellish, she lives in rage, searching for the knight that took her beauty, her grace, and her life.
