Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. This eccentric, yet cheerful dragon is only seen on one day of the year: August 5. Nobody knows why, but on this particular day this dragon will dance out of his remote cave and begin to sing a happy song: "IT'S MY MASTER'S BIRTHDAAAAAY! OH, YES IT IS! IT'S MY MASTER'S BIRTHDAAAAAY! IT'S ON AUGUST FIFTH!" Though many come out to celebrate with him, some of the more distrusting dragons think that he is a deceitful dragon who lures his clanmates out with his ludicrous song when it isn't really Beacker1160's birthday. Of course, nobody listens to these snivelling dragons, and even the clan leaders have confirmed that the often sweltering day in August is, indeed, their master's birthday. The only problem is that this dragon goes on singing it all through the evening and even at night, which results in many sleepless, irritated dragons screaming at him and even throwing things ranging from rocks to leftover birthday cake at the maniacal dragon who won't quit singing.
