Storm Dragons are the masters of the skies. They are excellent fliers and land only to rest and eat. In addition, they have full control of the weather. They are very hot-tempered and easily angered. They will attack any human that bothers them, conjuring strong winds and dangerous lightning.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Her name means "Typhoon". Tufani is a very formidable opponent to those that she is up against. Because her mother was a Ice dragon, Tufani has harnessed to bring not only wind and lightning, but a hailstorm as well. Being trained in the ways of MwakoNgozi, this dragon plays a role indirectly on the battlefield. Without warning her enemies will find themselves being battered with hail and blinded by the overwhelming winds, making them easy targets. Tufani can think for herself more than most of the dragons she lives with, however, she pretends to be as single-minded as the rest in order to evade punishment and to make herself appear more loyal to the evil Ember dragon then she really is.
