Green Dragons are also sometimes called “earth” dragons. They usually live deep within caves, and have power over the earth. They are capable of launching boulders at high speeds, and can cause earthquakes by slamming down onto the ground.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Deep within the clan cave lies a huge pile of boulders, lined with pebbles and soft sand. This is the nest of the dragon Tellus Mater. As a hatchling she loved collecting pebbles and building things with them, and now as an adult the only thing that has changed is the size of the pebbles.<br/>Tellus Mater likes playing with the hatchlings, building playgrounds for them out of rocks and making the earth shake softly so they topple over (although she makes sure they don't hurt themselves).
