Pink Dragons are primarily herbivores and only eat meat during the mating season, when mates will exchange kills. When it is not breeding season, pink dragons spend most of their time incubating eggs and caring for their clan’s young. Due to their feminine color, it was traditionally thought that pink dragons were a strictly female breed, but this is not true.
Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.
User Description
There is a legend about a certain dragon that lives in the high alpines near the village of Grudensburg. During early spring, when the birds come back, the cherry and apple trees are in bloom, and the villagers come out from their houses, glad that there are no more blizzards, they may see a dragon flying high up in the air, casting a shadow over the bleak sunlight. Around this time of the year, a phenomena occurs that the villagers call a 'pink sunset'. As the sun goes down, the landscape is suddenly thrown into a warm, pink light, which lasts about an hour. Nobody knows why, as the sun is usually a blazing ball of fiery red-orange, not even close to pink. Still, the landscape is tinted pink everywhere. The snow scatters soft pink light and the water reflects a mellow salmon hue. Visitors often say it is the sun, but the townsfolk know better: it must be that dragon, creating the magical occurrence. For, as everyone familiar to the legends know, the dragon is no other color than pink.
