Striped Dragons come in a dazzling array of colors complemented by an intricate pattern of stripes. These bright colors and patterns help attract their favorite food, insects. Because their prey is so tiny, striped dragons must spend a large portion of their day eating. The color of the offspring is usually determined by the dragon’s mate.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. Green Dream is playful and loves to hang out around the hatchlings. Green Dream has her sights on another Striped Dragon, First Star, but she doesn't think that she deserves him because he is the most popular of all the dragons. Other female dragons like First Star because he is popular but Green Dream likes him because he is handsome and strong. Green Dream often daydreams and she is quite ditzy and foolish like a hatchling but she is smart, quick and knowledgeable. She is often found hanging around the forest alone even though she hates to be alone. Green Dream gets jealous easily and has a horrible temper but she is kind and helpful when she is not mad.
