Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. It has bright blue eyes, and is as clumsy as any other hatchling, but it never seems to get injured.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

This young hatchling, a clumsy, tumbling little thing, is a favorite of the other hatchlings of the cave. Though it never talked and never grew up properly, the small white dragon is always willing to lend a hand to its fellow hatchlings. It has an uncanny ability to sense wounded dragons and heal them, even from far distances. It is regarded as a sort of 'pet' to the older hatchlings in the cave, though it has a spark of wisdom in its eyes that betrays its intelligence.
