Skywing Dragons spend most of their lives flying in the air. They hunt from the air, diving at prey from above, and land only to rest. They are some of the fastest fliers, capable of extremely high speeds. The webbing at the end of the tail acts as a rudder, allowing them to easily change direction during flight.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Tyrfingr is a proud and reckless Skywing dragon. He enjoys thrilling adventures, the feel of adrenaline pumping through his veins, the wind caressing his body.. The part of him called "caution" is quite minor, and, as a result, many a scar can be found upon his body. They come from numerous fights, crash-landings, and a couple of other things, such as angry females.

Tyrfingr is easygoing, charming and humorous. He enjoys chasing ladies through the skies, but as with many playful charming males, he's not in it for the emotion love.

Insulting him is fine; usually he just brushes it off with a laugh. But insult his courage, honour, or manliness, and the charming bachelor turns into a fierce fighter. But if you take the other approach, and get under his rough skin, you've got a friend for life. Tyrfingr is loyal to his true friends, and can often be seen braving thunderstorms together with them, or doing something equally stupid and dangerous.

Truly, Tyrfingr is a wild and free soul.
