As this little creature stepped into the cave, it suddenly realized that it had probably taken the wrong turn...

After a close-to-a-heart-attack moment, it decided not to chicken out, and it advanced deeper into the cave; carefully watching the giant creatures living in there.

The resident dragons had already noticed the little soul scuttling under their feet, and had begun to wonder what this funny tiny cackling thing could be and where it had come from. Since they were pretty curious (and not hungry at the moment), the adult dragons let it proceed and watched it for their amusement. The chicken itself was rather amazed by the size of the inhabitants and of the little beetles crawling within the cave.

When it started to feast on the vermin, the dragons were amazed by the hunger of that little winged thing. They decided not to find out about the chicken's taste too soon, and instead keep it for pest control reasons.
