Green Dragons are also sometimes called “earth” dragons. They usually live deep within caves, and have power over the earth. They are capable of launching boulders at high speeds, and can cause earthquakes by slamming down onto the ground.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Little Mother of Earthquakes (Little Mother for short) is the first-born daughter of Father of Earthquakes and Mother of Earthquakes. She loves plants, often moving whole mountains of soil and rock out of the way to make room for a single seedling. Her parents are constantly cleaning up after her, rebuilding collapsed sections of the Cave and watching to make sure she doesn't accidentally throw a huge boulder into a nest full of eggs. The other Dragons of the Cave are hoping she grows out of her destructive playfulness, instead of simply shaking up everything she sees in her curiosity.
