You could be hoping to hear that she was a rebellious creature who detested her repulsive nature, using her unholy strength to wreak a trail of good across the land rather than ruin.

Well, sorry, but your dreams are dashed. Moaned is just another stupid, totally regulation-standard vampire dragon. No, she isn't even stupid—her intelligence is really quite average, which is a shame, because at least stupidity is a defining trait. There's nothing even almost vaguely at-a-glance eye-catching about her.
