Storm Dragons are the masters of the skies. They are excellent fliers and land only to rest and eat. In addition, they have full control of the weather. They are very hot-tempered and easily angered. They will attack any human that bothers them, conjuring strong winds and dangerous lightning.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Sky Saxon behaves as though he is the leader of the group of dragons in nonentity's collection.  This is probably the result of the characteristics of his breed, combined with the fact that he was among the first 5 dragons hatched in the group, and the rest were  females.  He is very protective of nonentity's other dragons, especially the females.  It is not yet clear whether he regards them as family members or hopes to breed with them at some point in the future.  But if you try to steal one of nonentity's eggs, or in any way harm or annoy a dragon in the group, Sky Saxon will attack you.  He is always watching.
