Diamondwing Dragons are named for the myriad tiny scales that grow on their wing membranes, lending them a faceted, lustrous appearance. These meticulous creatures will spend months ranging far and wide to collect the shiniest trinkets and gemstones to adorn their nests. Once his nest is complete, a male Diamondwing will perform an elaborate aerial dance hoping to impress potential mates with his beauty and prowess.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Diggy is a candy enthusiast. As a hatchling, she was not often allowed to have sweets because the nearest village with a candy shop was hundreds of miles away. One summer, while on family vacation, Diggy got her first lollipop. And she LOVED it. She remembers it well: it was as large as her outstretched talons and it was a shiny red, decorated with orange stripes. Since that day, Diggy lived for candy. She researched, collected, and even braved the journey to the candy store. Now that she is grown, she has moved to a large city and lives down the street from the candy store. Her favorite candy is still a lollipop, but she's also a fan of chocolate bars and crystallized bacon.
