Magi Dragons are, as their name suggests, primarily magic users. They rarely use physical forms of attack. They eat anything they can kill, which is almost everything. They won’t kill unprovoked except when hunting, although they may kill humans if in danger. Their strong magic makes them one of the most feared breeds of dragons.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

As Cheetarina one day passed through the forest surrounding the DragCave, she found a huge, brightly coloured egg. She took it with her, enlisted the help of her female dragons in hatching it, and named the Magi hatchling Rubicante.<br/>Rubicante is an impulsive and naive, but very sweet and affectionate Magi Dragon. Unlike the other dragons, he does not realise that he and Cheetarina are completely different species- he is convinced that Cheetarina is his mother. Whenever she enters their corner of the cave, he immediately jumps her, calling her 'mommy' and not understanding why she just falls over and tells him to get off of her. Rubicante is also very protective of his mother and his so-called siblings, as he will get up and crash into every single intruder he sees.
