Falconiform Wyverns are normally shy creatures. However, when approached, they often feel threatened, and the flames along their bodies leap higher. Females tend to be smaller than males, though Falconiform Wyverns are typically rather large overall. They use their size to their advantage by hunting smaller dragons. The Falconiform’s graceful, swooping dives are said to resemble birds of prey. Falconiforms are largely solitary dragons that only meet in order to breed.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

JuAan's parents had never heard of a thing called "accents", instead putting double A's (one being a capital) in her name to emphasize the vowels. Her parents had also never heard of feminine names. Most importantly, her parents had apparently never heard of loyalty. The way of the Falconiforms was a lonely, isolated life. Abandoned when she was young, the only thing that remained from her parents was the name that never quite fit her. Instead of recognizing isolation as a universal falconiform custom, she developed abandonment issues. Instead of becoming more solitary over time, she became more clingy—following around any family or friend that would tolerate her. Sadly, most relationships ended just like her parents'. JuAan's saving grace was the sanctuary, where all the inhabitants of the close community were just like her- misfits, orphans, and the like. There, she finally had a home. Everyone was her friend, her family. There... she was happy.
