Storm Dragons are the masters of the skies. They are excellent fliers and land only to rest and eat. In addition, they have full control of the weather. They are very hot-tempered and easily angered. They will attack any human that bothers them, conjuring strong winds and dangerous lightning.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Yamikaze, or Dark Wind, was the name bestowed upon her. It fit perfectly too. Yamikaze was the meanest of the mean, the wickedest of those that were considered nasty. She ruled the skies above her clan's cave and none bothered to venture towards the pitch black clouds that promised to turn violent the moment someone approached. Her clan never contested her either. Ah yes, she was the delight of the mirthless gods!

Yamikaze never ignored her clan, oh no. They weren't her friends though. They were vassals, mates, and Sylphica. Now when one has children, it is thought that your gentle side shines through. This was not true. If anything Yamikaze grew more violent, especially once her sons who were the spitting image of her, Reom and Nackle, hatched. For the first time Yamikaze had thought something cute. They had followed her everywhere, obeying and worshiping her, even enacting their own mischievious plans for her approval. Yes, her enemies would cower in face of this evil family.
