Copper Dragons are masters of stealth, slipping silently and swiftly through the forests and jungles where they live. Often hunting in groups, their prey rarely know they are being stalked until the dragon’s at their throat. In the air they are agile and skilled. Copper Dragons prize family groups, spending large amounts of time teaching their young skills. So great is their love of life and family that they will sometimes adopt orphaned dragons of other breeds to raise.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Justini is considered a lost treasure. As an egg he was coveted and sought after by many, but once he hatched he learned from day one that many humans were greedy. While running from a group of humans he stumbled and fell down a steep hill, landing on the back of another dragon. Syiren who had been traveling with her Trihorn (Ferocious G-Force) came upon the scene. G-Force had been napping when the young copper had landed on his back. Instead of reacting with anger G-Force looked over at Syiren who approached the copper. She saw that he looked exhausted and was still out cold from the fall. That's when she heard the humans at the top of the hill. She realized then that they had been hunting this poor dragon for some time. Taking him in her arms she mounted G-Force and they left, with the other humans shouting in their wake. When Syiren got back to their cave in the cove Justini was amazed by dragons that lived there. He accepted Syiren's offer to stay after she had shown him kindness.
