Deep Sea Dragons, as their name suggests, spend most of their time in the darkest depths of the sea. They have a bioluminescent dorsal spine that serves to attract prey and communicate with their own kind. As with many deep sea animals, they generally eat whatever they can manage to bait. They rarely leave the ocean floor, surfacing only during breeding season. When they do choose to travel to the shallower depths, they avoid bright lights and will only come up far away from shore.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Malsoro Deathscale is a Deep Sea Dragon living deep within the oceans, identified by her dull scales and many cuts embedded into her body, left from her many battles with aquatic dragons. Traces of blood are left behind as she regularly dashes furiously from her cave to kill off and collect whatever comes near to her dwelling, where Malsoro spends most of his time. Malsoro will only eat at 4am on Wednesdays due to an unknown eating habit, where she eats what she has collected over the week. If she cannot sate her undying hunger with the dead fish she collects until feeding time, Malsoro would enter a terrible frenzy, thrashing, bleeding and killing anything that her hawk-like eyes see. This has only occurred once, which resulted in the death of many dragon eggs along the coast and even a wild dragon, which was apparently eaten in only half an hour by Malsoro alone, its skeletons left on the coast to mark the terrible day Malsoro Deathscale set eyes on the cave's coast.
