White Dragons are pacifists and specialize in extremely strong healing magic. The only limit of this magic is that it can’t bring back the dead. They only eat plants and never kill living things.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Gaillen is a quiet, gentle and charismatic dragon and often finds himself not only as the unofficial clan healer, but also the unofficial mediator of disputes. His presence has a calming effect on even the most irritable or excitable dragon. Various clan dragons have been known to seek him out when troubled or when in need of a sympathetic ear. Though he is liked by virtually all the clan's dragons, Gaillen appears to be disinterested in finding a mate.
