Moonstone Dragons are named after the orb on their tails, which resembles the gem of the same name. They are nocturnal and gather energy through the absorption of moonlight with their orbs. They seem to glow with a lunar light and are a very gentle breed, feeding off of plants and the moons’ power.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Lunja has quite a story to tell. As an egg, her mother and father didn't like the look of the egg so they ended up throwing it out. There, the egg froze half-way before a group of mischief dragons picked her up and took care of the egg. When it hatched, she was born beautiful. Many hatchings of the dragons were jealous. They ended up hurting her and throwing her out. She grew up herself, and then was given the name Lunja. She didn't know why they named her that. When she found a handsome male dragon named Houdini, she tried to get his attention. When she did, he simply blew her off and ran off with another dragon. This drove Lunja to tears. She was walking, blinded by tears, and walked off a cliff. This killed her instantly. When she was revived, she almost turned into dust. Only her pure will saved her from dying and being turned into dust. Lunja only managed to live, and she is living on heartbreak and sadness. She lives far away from anyone else and afraid to show her true beauty.
