When Water Dragons mature, they lose the ability to survive on land, entering the water permanently. They are adept swimmers and eat whatever fish are in the lake they live in. They tend to inhabit the same lake for their entire lives, although a few live in the ocean and swim all over the world.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

As his lake is the first thing travellers encounter when they enter his families territory, Nemoe is the first line of defence against unwanted intruders. Using a combination of razor sharp teeth and a strong grip he sinks many of the boats and rafts that attempt to cross the water. He is very rarely seen until the final moment, preferring to attack from beneath.
Many who do not know him consider Nemoe a nasty piece of work, but he merely takes his duty very seriously, not wanting any undesirables to reach the main cave, where the hatchlings and treasure lie.
He has been known to be merciful. Once he sank the raft of a man and his wife who tried to cross the lake, but Nemoe sensed the woman was with child. So instead of letting them drown and devouring their remains, he carried them back to the shore and warned them not to return.
