Holiday dragons are a very mysterious breed. They are only seen during winter, and even then it is hard to catch a glimpse of one. They are responsible for the general cheer that spreads during the holidays. In essence, they are the “Spirits of Winter.”

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Doe is the acting leader of a group of dragons known as the Jingle Lads (even though there are just as many females as males, but the name is too catchy to give up.) This pack lives within a mountain village full of cheer and festive wonder but are terrorized by a horrifying beast that hibernates through the summer until the winter solstice. To sate this beast and keep their village safe, Doe and his Jingle Lads patrol their town and neighboring territories to collect "naughty" dragons to sacrifice to the beast and keep him from tearing their village apart. It's a difficult and thankless job, but Doe is determined to keep his home and loved ones safe, even if it means sacrificing others. This whole ritual is made even freakier by just how jolly, kind, and sweet Doe and his lads are. He always acts so positive and upbeat, even when committing such heinous acts. You know these lads' arrival by the sounds of their caroling, which Doe sings right along with. Stay inside and be nice.
