Nebula Dragons are nocturnal creatures. With the best eyesight to be found, they are often seen staring into space. Each dragon tends to observe a particular nebula and will eventually change their colors and patterns to match it. As the nebula changes over time, the dragon changes with it. The more intricate the design of the nebula, the better chance an individual has of attracting a mate. It is said that the markings on no two Nebula Dragons will be exactly the same.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Born blind into a breed of dragons best known for its sense of sight, this dragon will tell you he holds no anger to his kin for abandoning him. Though he will also always follow up by sharing his gratitude for being taken in by a young human mage.

Even though he didn't know the difference of having or not having sight, he always felt like something he needed to know was missing.

One night, unable to sleep, the young human went outside and saw her new friend facing a cloudy sky. The young mage then told him some believe that every nebula dragon born has a nebula born in tandem with them. Now knowing what was missing, the hatchling was about to cry until the human told him it is said there are as many grains of sand on earth as there are stars, then asked if he'd care to go to the beach.

Once there, the hatchling took joy in digging and feeling the sand against his body. It wasn't until the sun began to rise that the mage noticed large groupings of white spots against newly purpled wings.
