Vampire Dragons are members of the undead. They sustain themselves by drinking the blood of others. It is said that they are only “alive” at night, and seem dead or asleep during the day, as they cannot endure sunlight for long periods of time. Vampire Dragons can only reproduce by changing the eggs of other dragons, puncturing the shell with their fangs and injecting venom that kills the baby inside.
Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.
User Description
Death's Karma is a young vampire dragon who has dedicated her life to pain and misery. Her loyalty to her mate, Toxic Nuke Face, is unquestionable, and she would do anything for him, even kill her own family. She lives through his despair, cruelty, and torturous ways and has learned to accept and even love them. It gives her great pleasure when she's watching Toxic tear apart an unlucky hatchling, or draining the eyes of an adult. Sometimes he lets her try to torture the victim, which she accepts with twisted glee. Karma also finds that biting one egg in a clutch and then ripping apart the rest, is even more satisfying when the parents return and nearly die on the spot. It's hilarious, she says. Before she was turned, Karma was a royal nebula egg. Her parents were going to name her Jewel Skyscraper, after her grandmother, but that dream was crushed.
