Black Dragons are warriors. They are strong and capable in battles of force, but also ample magic users, capable of devastating opponents with their spells. Their bright eyes give them excellent night vision, which is why they generally hunt during the night.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

A silent and reclusive dragon, it is rare to set eyes on P l u m e.  She prefers solitude to company, and spends most of her time walking silently through the forest, with only the occasional rustle of leaves on the ground when she missteps.  Her eyes are nearly always held partially shut, allowing only a mere slit of green to shine through, looking strangely luminescent in the dim light of the moon.  

A quick runner and adept flier, P l u m e is rarely around long enough to pick a fight with others, leading some to believe that she lacks the skill and magic required to win a skirmish.  Still others believe that P l u m e uses her magic regularly to avoid attention.  This thought seems to hold the most truth, although no one can be certain of it, aside from P l u m e herself.  These odd ideas only add to P l u m e's elegant mystique, making her seem all the more dangerous to the other dragons and therefore much less likely to be sought out, which is, in essence, what she wants most.
