Harvest Dragons are a large, flightless breed most often found in heavily forested mountains. Normally shy, these omnivorous dragons keep to themselves in remote regions, but in the fall they descend from their high territory to search for food—and lots of it. During the autumn months, harvest dragons will eat whatever they can find, from large and small animals to nuts and fruit. In the winter they retreat into large caves and hibernate until spring, living off the fat they have built up.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. She was traded by her owner as an egg for a Bright-breasted Wyvern egg, but isn't bothered by the thought because her own owner is very kind to her. They like to relax and eat meals together, both being of the same temperament. Her owner likes to spend her time lazing around and sometimes even sleeps with her, using her thick and warm tail and neck as a pillow. She is named for the month of September, the month her original owner was born. Her new owner thinks that she is like a mixture of her and her friend.
