Feisty and energetic, Whiptail Dragons pride themselves on their speed and agility. It is not unusual to see several whiptails racing each other. Though fragile, they can easily evade attacks with their superior speed, and often use their long tails as a weapon, giving rise to their name.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Lacerta Arenosa is a quick, stealthy, and fluent hunter whenever she sees prey. Often though, Lacerta attempts to avoid fights with her older and bigger mates. But it is undoubted that Lacerta wouldn't act the same towards younger kin. Despite her nature, Lacerta is playful and humorous, and seems to be the clown of Latsta's other dragons. Lacerta is the only dragon who can approach Serpens Oceanus without being attacked.
