White Dragons are pacifists and specialize in extremely strong healing magic. The only limit of this magic is that it can’t bring back the dead. They only eat plants and never kill living things.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Tulza is the one who is always quietly following Ruela around, unlike Ruelza who gave up on trying to win Ruela's love(Though Ruelza knows that Ruela loves her, even if Tulza doesn't). Which is why she's either copying off of Ruela, or staying close trying to be accepted by her.
