Shallow Water Dragons are found in tropical regions where the water is warm. They use their magic to hunt, using bubbles to capture small fish and animals. Their large, webbed feet make them excellent swimmers and they are able to move at very high speeds. Due to their bright color, these dragons are easily spotted in the lagoons where they live.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

This dragon once lived in a truly lovely little wetland. It had frogs, moss, lilies in abundance--and, most importantly of all, no pesky humans!

Alas, such good things never last, and soon enough people came--stinky, ugly people, stupidly draining away the marshes only so they could dig great deep wells to find water again. Outraged, the dragon was determined to have his revenge, but he couldn't live far from water, either...

Accordingly there was only one place to go.

The humans have long since fled the season, terrified of the shrieking orange dragon who smashed their houses and battered them with bubbles, but travelers passing through can still see a very strange sight indeed; a very grumpy looking shallow water dragon wedged in a well that's much too small for him!
